What are your rates for pet sitting?

Our rates vary depending on the type of service and duration. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

 

We do have a general price list listed here on the website. You can find it under the search bar on the top right or by clicking on more info under each of the pets listed.

Will there be a contract in place?

Yes. Contract must be signed and agreed upon before your first visit.

How do I contact for more information?

Our preferred method of contact for any specific questions you may have, feel free to contact us at (931) 280-8292 8am-5pm Mon thru Fri.

Any calls or messages sent after hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Do you have an app to connect to?

Yes. We use the Pet Sitter Dashboard on our end which can connect to the Pet Owner Dashboard. I just need your email along with First and Last name to get you started. The app is free to download and use on iOS and Android. By listing your pets names, I can open their profiles up for you.

We also now have an additional app if you would like and connect to keep track of your pets walks throughout the day. Amiko- Dog Walk Tracker is available free to download on iOS and Android. We will send a link to your pets walk with their details and a map of how it went to your cell phone for a quick peak. This is only included for those with Dog walk visits.

Our jotform link will include all of the links you need such as In take Forms, Policy and Procedure Agreement, Booking Request, Pet Owner Dashboard, and our Google Business page if you wish to leave a review.

Do you offer additional services for special needs pets?

Yes, we accommodate special needs pets and can discuss any additional requirements during the Paws and Shake.

Are you Insured?

We are covered under Pet Care Insurance (PCI).

Do you have any certifications?

I'm currently certified in first aid but continuing my education further. So you can rest assured even with my current years of hands on experience, I will have education as well apart from 4-H, FFA, and Agricultural Science. You can view certifications below.

 

Our employees also have plenty of experience and have been Background checked.

What is included with your services?

We provide report cards after each individual visit and at the end of each overnight or end of day during sits with pictures and details of how they were. 

We keep you updated with a link to how each of their walks went with details of where they did their business, where the pictures were taken, and a brief description on how well they were.

Litter Box cleaning, water refills, food refills, treats if they are allowed, play time, snuggles, cleaning up after ourselves and your pets, watering plants (sits/overnights ONLY), checking your mail, and more!

Will I need to show proof of vaccines and flea and tick prevention?

Yes. This will be mentioned within the contract you read and sign before services rendered in our Policy and Procedure agreement.

How does the travel fee work?

There is no travel fee for those within 15 sq miles of our home as its included in our set rates. 

Anyone outside of that radius would include a $1 per mile fee subtracted by total miles included. That fee will be added under your subtotal of your visits to come to your full total of payment. 

Example: Those who live 30 miles away from our home would include a $15 travel fee after the subtotal of the visits chosen under our services page.
